Frequently asked questions
Is there a fee to use Dirtyroulette?+
Free shows are available, so you can browse and join free video chat without paying. Paid private shows are optional, and the site does not list a per minute rate, so check the price shown in a show before you start. Payment runs through credit or debit cards, Google Play and Apple App Store.
How do I know I am old enough to use the site?+
The site requires 18+ (or age of majority in your jurisdiction). That is the age gate stated in the terms, and it applies to anyone creating an account or joining a show.
Which devices can I use?+
A mobile app is available, and mobile is listed among the site features as mobile. You can also open the site in a browser, but the app gives the clearest mobile setup.
What can I pay with?+
Payments go through credit or debit cards, Google Play and Apple App Store. That covers cards, the two app stores, and other third party processors, so an app store balance works as well as a card.
Who runs the site?+
The operator is Skyline Media LLC, based in the US, and the site has been running since 2010. Terms, including the age rule and payment list, are published under that same entity.
What kinds of shows are on offer?+
Show types cover random video chat, private show and live sex cam show. A private show is the paid one to one option, and a free show is the way to start without spending.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?+
Contact runs through email and help centre. There is no phone number listed, so allow a reply time on email, and check the help centre first for common account and payment questions.
What niche does the site cover?+
The listed niche is gay. If you want a wider spread of categories, a mixed site may suit you better, and you can weigh payment options and support channels on those sites first.
