Frequently asked questions
How much does Hugyourlife.hr cost?+
The listed price is €1.49 and the model is subscription only. No free option is listed, so the subscription is the only way in. A money back window of 30 days is the stated way to try the supplement and stop if it does not suit.
What does Hugyourlife.hr sell?+
It is a family wellness brand selling a supplement in HR under the legal entity Luminus Mod d.o.o. The business has traded since 2013. Orders run on a subscription model rather than a one off purchase.
Is the product registered and tested?+
Yes. The supplement is registered with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Croatia, and HACCP and ISO quality systems are in place. Batch health and safety testing is done at the Croatian Institute of Public Health and the Andrija Stamar Teaching Institute of Public Health. Third party testing is stated as yes.
Can I get a refund?+
A money back window of 30 days applies to the supplement. It is the only flexibility stated next to the subscription model, so the timing of a first order is the part to watch, and it is worth checking the terms before a later order.
How do I reach support?+
Support runs on email, phone and help centre, so a question can go by email, by phone or through the help centre. That covers order, delivery and subscription queries. Live chat is not listed, so a quick question by phone is the fastest route of the three.
Is there a free option?+
Nothing on the list is free. The subscription model is the only route stated, and the listed price is €1.49. The closest thing to a free trial is the money back window of 30 days, which acts as a refund period rather than a free tier.
Who runs Hugyourlife.hr?+
The operator is Luminus Mod d.o.o., based in Croatia, and the business has traded since 2013. Support is handled by email, phone and help centre. Anyone comparing should note that the supplement is registered with a health ministry, which the company terms state.
How does it differ from yoummee?+
Different products. yoummee states it is for adults only with GDPR compliant data handling and no medicine or health product authorisation. Hugyourlife.hr is a supplement registered with a health ministry, run from HR on a subscription model.
