Frequently asked questions
Is there free content on SubscribeStar?+
Yes, free content is offered on the platform as well as paid subscriptions. Across the fan sites tracked on AdultCue, 85.4% of them include free content, so it is common in this category rather than unusual for SubscribeStar.
What does a subscription cost?+
Each creator sets their own rate, so the amount varies. Across the fan sites tracked on AdultCue, fees run €7.89 for a typical month, with €3.93 to €13.15 covering the middle of the range. Across the wider tracked set, 16.7% of sites are free to join.
How is a subscription billed on SubscribeStar?+
Billing runs on the subscription model, the only model named in the help material (subscription). Each renewal repeats the charge at the creator's own rate, so a membership is a recurring cost rather than a single purchase. Read the billing period on the creator's page before you confirm and keep the confirmation for your records.
How do I pay for a membership?+
Payment is by credit card, the method named in the terms of service. Have your card details ready before you reach the checkout and check that the billing address matches the card you use. Since a subscription renews, use a card you can check easily when the charge comes round again.
How do I get help from SubscribeStar?+
Support runs through a help centre, the only channel named in the help material. Questions about a charge, a renewal or a subscription change go through the help centre rather than a live chat or a phone line, and no named account manager is offered. Go to the help centre first, since it holds the billing answers.
How does it compare with Clips4Sale and Faphouse.com on free content?+
SubscribeStar offers free content. Clips4Sale, Takedowns.AI and Faphouse.com do not offer free content, so on that point they are the opposite of this platform. 85.4% of the 84 fan sites ranked on AdultCue include free content.
Is SubscribeStar licensed or regulated?+
No regulator is named in the terms of service, so the legal entity is the detail to check. The operator is Starcling, LLC. Licences are rare across the brands tracked on AdultCue: 0 of the 742 tracked are licensed.
