Frequently asked questions
What is free on TG Personals?+

How do paid plans work?+
Paid access is sold as 1 or 3+ month terms; Premium, PremiumPlus, which sets both the tier and the length of the term. Readers comparing monthly costs can weigh those blocks against a casual dating median of €12.27.
How do I cancel, and is there a refund?+
Subscriptions renew on their own, and the terms read Auto-renews; cancel 24h prior, no refund. That is the clause to check first on 1 or 3+ month terms; Premium, PremiumPlus, since a term is bought as a block of months and the deadline sits ahead of the renewal date.
How private is a profile?+
The privacy position is Info not resold; profile shared network-wide. That means personal information is not resold, while a profile is shared across the network rather than kept to a single audience. Adults who want a profile visible to one person only should weigh that before posting.
How are profiles verified?+

Terms and support come from that base, so readers in other countries should read the terms before paying for 1 or 3+ month terms; Premium, PremiumPlus, and the audience itself, Transgender singles and people seeking them, is the main draw.
