What can I do for free?+
Signing up and browsing profiles cost nothing, since Registration and profile browsing free covers registration and profile browsing. Paid features begin only when you buy message credits, which follow the Pay-per-message tokens, bonus on signup structure.
How does the pay-per-message credit system work?+
The credit model is Pay-per-message tokens, bonus on signup, so you buy tokens for conversations rather than paying a flat subscription. A bonus is credited when you sign up, and any unused tokens matter for refunds.
What is the refund and cancellation policy?+
The stated refund terms are Refund within 14 days if no tokens used. In practice that means a refund is tied to unused tokens, so it applies only while your credit balance is untouched.
Does the site verify that members are real people?+
