Pros and cons
Pros
- Free entry: Free tier chat plus daily login Konpeito rewards, so a reader can chat at no cost and pick up credit just for signing in.
- Long continuity: Permanent memory of chats and shared history, with voice and image generation available in the same conversation.
- A named operator: Hello Group Japan Co., Ltd., based in Japan, with email and community listed for help.
- Runs on iOS, Android and web, so the same roster works on a phone and in the browser.
- The roster spans female, male and anime personas, so a reader can pick a style rather than a single fixed character.
Cons
- Privacy is the trade-off: Chats used to train models; delete in app; kept anonymised, so conversations are not private to the user alone.
- Support runs on email and community only, leaving no phone or live chat route in the listed channels and putting billing questions on email.
- Credit runs on Konpeito virtual currency, 6-month validity, so a balance expiry is a second thing to track on top of any plan.
Who it suits
- Adults who want roleplay, voice and images in one app and do not mind signing up as an adult.
- Readers who value continuity, since memory is Permanent memory of chats and shared history and earlier chats stay available between sessions.
- Readers comfortable with the terms, which cover Chats used to train models; delete in app; kept anonymised.
Who should look elsewhere
- Readers who want unlimited free messages with ad support, where Dippy AI lists Unlimited free messages; ad-supported free tier.
- Readers who want a stated daily free message allowance, where CrushOn.AI shows Free tier, ~100 messages per day.
- Readers who want to sign up and browse without a card, where Xtease offers Free signup and browsing, no card needed.
What is free and what costs
MiraiMind opens with a free tier rather than a paywall, and the product page sets out what that includes as Free tier chat plus daily login Konpeito rewards. Chat is available at no cost, and Konpeito is added to the balance for each daily login, which gives a reader credit to spend before any payment. Paid extras then run through the same currency, described in the terms as Konpeito virtual currency, 6-month validity, and that balance carries a validity period counted in months, so credit does not sit indefinitely. Conversation quality is split between free and premium model tiers, so the same characters can be used at no cost or with a paid upgrade. In practice the cost picture comes down to free chat, a daily credit drop, and a Konpeito balance for anything extra.
Memory, voice and media
Memory is the feature that carries MiraiMind, described on the product page as Permanent memory of chats and shared history. A character can call back on earlier exchanges, and the history is shared, so a roleplay thread continues instead of restarting with every new session. Voice is supported and roleplay sits in the core feature set, so the same characters can be heard as well as read. Image generation is available too, which lets a scene be illustrated inside the same conversation. Together the format covers text that persists, a voice layer and pictures, all within one chat window.
The company behind it
The service is run by Hello Group Japan Co., Ltd., a company based in Japan, so a named legal entity stands behind the app and its subscription terms. That matters for a reader who wants to know who holds the account and who is on the other end of a billing question. Support runs on email and community, which in practice means an email route and a community space. There is no phone line and no live chat help in the listed channels, so a dispute about a subscription or a Konpeito charge is handled in writing.

Frequently asked questions
What do I get for free on MiraiMind?+
The free tier covers chat, and Konpeito is also added for each daily login, listed as Free tier chat plus daily login Konpeito rewards. A reader can open a character and keep talking at no cost, and the daily drop puts credit in the balance without a payment. Extras are then spent from that same balance, so the free tier is a usable starting point for someone testing the format.
How are paid extras charged?+
Extras are paid for with Konpeito, the virtual currency the terms describe as Konpeito virtual currency, 6-month validity. You either top the balance up or spend what daily logins have earned, and the balance carries a validity period counted in months, so it is worth using before it lapses. Chat runs on both free and premium model tiers, which lets a reader decide how much to add.
Is MiraiMind only for adults?+
Yes, the service is adults only, and the age is declared when signing up, with the store listing rating the app as adult content and describing adult chat themes. The roster covers female, male and anime personas and the app is built for adult roleplay rather than general chat. The declaration made when the account is created is the gate described in the terms.
Which devices can I use it on?+
MiraiMind runs on iOS, Android and web, so the same characters are available on a phone and in a browser, and the account carries across them. Memory described as Permanent memory of chats and shared history keeps earlier exchanges available between sessions, which means switching device does not restart a roleplay thread. Support is handled from the same account either way.
Does the character remember previous conversations?+
The product page describes Permanent memory of chats and shared history, so a character can recall earlier exchanges and the history is shared across sessions. That continuity is the main reason to stay with one companion instead of starting fresh each time. It comes with a privacy trade-off, since the terms cover Chats used to train models; delete in app; kept anonymised, so readers who prefer short exchanges may want to delete chats in the app.
Is there voice chat and image generation?+
Both are available. Voice is supported, and the feature list on the product page shows voice and roleplay, with voice and roleplay named there. Image generation is also included, so a scene from a roleplay can be illustrated without leaving the app. Both sit on top of the free chat, with premium model tiers and Konpeito spending available when you want more.
What happens to my chat data?+
The privacy terms are the part to read first: Chats used to train models; delete in app; kept anonymised. Conversations are used to train models, they are kept in anonymised form, and deletion is available inside the app. That is a clear statement of what happens to a message, but it does mean history is not private to the user alone, which is the trade-off for the permanent memory.
How do I get help?+
Support runs on email and community, which means an email route and a community space. There is no phone line and no live chat help in the listed channels, so a question about a subscription or a Konpeito balance is handled in writing, and email is the better channel for billing. A reader who needs a same day answer should plan around that.
