Soulkyn review

The free tier covers Free tier: 2 characters, 10-20 messages total, enough to try the characters and hold a short exchange without paying. Past that, spending runs on Souls credits: buy packs or earn free via tasks, so heavier use is metered in credit packs rather than on a single listed subscription. Credits can also be earned through tasks.

Spending runs on Souls credits: buy packs or earn free via tasks rather than one monthly price, so cost tracks use. free and premium models are available, and free credits from tasks can offset packs, which matters if your chats run long. The free allowance in Free tier: 2 characters, 10-20 messages total covers the opening exchanges.

Content is Uncensored; 18+ only; all personas uncensored, so nothing is filtered once you are inside the service. Access is limited by 18+ only; minors blocked and data deleted, which keeps the platform to adults and deletes data tied to anyone below the age limit. Age is a condition of use, not a setting.

RAG memory; summaries every ~50 messages keeps a running record, so details from earlier in a chat can resurface in later replies rather than vanishing. Summaries are refreshed at intervals instead of replaying everything, which keeps long conversations easier to follow. Companions cover female, male and anime personas, and the same memory sits behind each of them.

All three are listed for the service. Voice is available, and both image generation and video generation come with it, so a conversation can move from text to speech and on to pictures or clips without leaving the platform. That makes it a fuller media setup than a text-only companion.

web, iOS and Android are all supported, so one login covers the browser and the phone apps. You can start a chat on a phone and continue it on a desktop, and the RAG memory; summaries every ~50 messages setup means the context is there when you return. That makes it a practical pick for anyone who moves between devices.

The service is operated by Cube Digital Media Ltd., a named company registered in Ireland. Having a legal entity and a home country on the record gives readers something concrete to check if a billing or account problem needs escalating. On a product with a free tier, that is a reasonable baseline of accountability.

Self-hosted AI; data kept 6 years after closure describes the setup, and the retention period is the part to read closely, because data is kept well beyond the point an account closes. Self-hosted AI is the stated model, which narrows who handles requests. The long retention window is still worth weighing if you would rather your chats were removed sooner.

Support runs on email, help centre and community. Email and the help centre cover account and credit questions, and a community channel lets you compare experiences with other users. The set does not include a phone line or live chat, so anything urgent is better raised by email, where you keep a written record.

Dippy AI lists Unlimited free messages; ad-supported free tier, which removes the ceiling that the Soulkyn free tier puts on casual use. Soulkyn's trade-off sits the other way: Uncensored; 18+ only; all personas uncensored applies to every persona, and RAG memory; summaries every ~50 messages keeps context across a long chat. Readers after volume may lean to Dippy, readers after persona range and memory may not.
