Pros and cons
Pros
- Discreet shipping is offered, and that is the first thing many adult buyers check.
- The price is $8.99 for a product order, so a first purchase stays a modest commitment.
- Support runs on email and help centre, so written answers are available after the order.
- Buying from a retailer keeps the choice to a single product, while Timm Medical and Screaming O are listed as brands (brand) that build their own.
Cons
- Support runs on email and help centre only, so delivery questions wait on a written reply rather than a voice line.
- As a retailer you buy through a store, so a fault query sits with the seller rather than with a maker such as Screaming O (brand).
- Reach is stated for the US (US), so readers in the UK should confirm delivery and any charges on email and help centre first.
Who it suits
- Adults buying a single product at $8.99 rather than joining a membership.
- Shoppers who value discreet shipping and can work with written support on email and help centre.
- Readers who want a US retailer, since the operation runs from US.
Who should look elsewhere
- Anyone who needs live chat or phone support, since contact runs on email and help centre while a brand such as PlusOne (brand) deals with its own customers.
- Readers who prefer buying from the maker, since Timm Medical (brand) and Screaming O (brand) are listed as brands while this is a retailer.
- Shoppers outside the US who want delivery terms settled before paying, since the stated market is US.
Who runs it
The store is run by COTR, Inc., a company based in the US. Customer contact runs on email and help centre, so questions about an order, a return or the packaging are handled in writing rather than by voice. Because a legal entity is named, a billing or privacy query can be directed at a specific company instead of a trading name.

Frequently asked questions
How much does The Cowgirl Premium Sex Machine cost?+
The listed price is $8.99, which covers a single product purchase rather than a membership. As a retailer, the store sells finished goods you order rather than a plan, and cost is the higher score part at 9.8.
Who is behind the store?+
The operation is run by COTR, Inc., a company based in the US. That legal entity is the name to quote in a billing or privacy query, and customer contact runs on email and help centre, so written answers are the main route for order questions. The store is a retailer rather than a brand.
Does it ship discreetly?+
Yes. Discreet shipping and packaging are offered, which is the detail many adult buyers check first. Questions about how a parcel is labelled go through email and help centre. Buyers outside the US should read US as the stated home market for delivery.
Can I get help by phone?+
Support covers email and help centre, which means email and a self-service help centre. No phone or live chat line is listed, so a time-sensitive delivery question depends on a written reply. Buyers who need voice support are better served going direct to a manufacturer such as Timm Medical or Screaming O.
Is there a subscription or membership?+
The store is a retailer, so the purchase model is a product order rather than a plan. The brands in this comparison are listed as brands, including Timm Medical (brand) and PlusOne (brand), so there is no recurring tier to manage or cancel here. The overall score is 9.4.
Who suits this store?+
Adults who want a straightforward product purchase at $8.99, with discreet shipping and no membership decisions to make. It suits readers who read the product details closely rather than compare tiers, and who are comfortable with written support on email and help centre after the order lands.
Can someone outside the US order from it?+
The stated home market is the US (US), and the company behind the store is COTR, Inc. Delivery terms beyond that market are not set out in detail, so readers elsewhere should confirm shipping and any charges with support on email and help centre before ordering.
Does it sell direct or through brands?+
It is a retailer, so products are sold through the storefront. The other names in this comparison are listed as brands, with Timm Medical (brand) and Screaming O (brand) both building their own. Buying direct from a maker keeps the manufacturer as your point of contact.
