Vellum review

Yes. There is a free Base plan that stays free: Free Base plan forever; credits pay-as-you-go. Credits are added on a pay-as-you-go basis rather than through a fixed subscription, and both free and premium models are listed, so you decide how much you spend.

The listed monthly price is $30. Spending is not tied to a fixed bundle, because credits are bought as you go, which suits adults who open the app now and then. By comparison, CrushOn.AI runs $3.90 to $14.90.

Credits run on a pay-as-you-go basis under a set credit model, and that model also sets how long an unused balance lasts: $1 = 1 credit; pay-as-you-go, 12-month expiry. The free Base plan stays free, so nothing is spent until you add credits.

The privacy policy states that chats are not used to train AI models: Chats not used to train AI models. The service is based in the US (US) and runs under the legal entity Vocify, Inc. (Vocify, Inc.), which is the name to look for on any billing or policy detail.

Yes. Long-term memory is kept across every conversation: Long-term memory kept across every conversation. Details you share can carry into later chats instead of starting from scratch, which is the main draw for readers who like continuity over a fresh character each time.

The listed platform is iOS, and the app also connects through Telegram: voice and telegram. If you move to an Android phone, there is no listed Android app in the platform list, so it is worth checking before you switch phones.

Yes, voice is supported alongside Telegram access: voice and telegram. Image generation is available as well, so you can hold a voice conversation and still produce images from the same app rather than turning to a separate tool.

Support runs on email, help centre and community, and the terms of use list the same routes. There is a help centre for self-service answers, plus email and a community, and no phone line is listed, so send billing questions by email.
