The company behind it
The operation is listed under Lisp Limited, with home country shown as HK and founding noted as 2018. That combination gives adults a clear picture of the legal operator behind orders, billing records and aftercare, along with the home base that shapes consumer rules and business hours. Support is provided through email and help centre, which covers direct written contact as well as self help material for common questions on orders, transit and returns. Adults comparing options can use the operator name to check statements, keep records aligned and follow up on open requests with consistent details. The home country context helps set expectations around delivery routes, response timing and the framework that applies when clarifying terms. The founding detail adds background on continuity, while the stated support routes show where to turn for written guidance and documented replies. Together, the operator identity, home base, history and support paths allow careful review before purchase, clear record keeping after purchase, and steady communication when questions arise about eligibility, timing or delivery updates.
