Privacy, billing and cancelling
The privacy notice says 3DXChat processes account, game and cookie data, so a chat account, in-game activity and browsing records are all handled. You sign up as an adult of legal age, since the site is adults only. Billing is Auto-renewing; cancel auto-renewal in control panel, which means the subscription does not simply lapse on its own and the renewal is cancelled from the control panel. That puts the cancellation step on your side, so keep the renewal date in view if you want a fixed run of the service.
How it works
3DXChat is a adult, virtual world and social experience built around virtual social dating, with adults seeking that style of chat as the stated Adults seeking 3D virtual social dating. The casual angle is the main positioning rather than a niche list. The software runs on windows, so you download and install it before you can explore. That differs from a browser site such as yoummee, which runs on web and needs no install. A vr route is offered as well, which suits players with a headset.
How charges appear
Payment runs through credit card, so a card on file covers the 1, 6 and 12 month subscriptions and the same card handles any top-ups. The credit side works through XGold in-game credit buys extra features. XGold is the in-game currency, and it buys the extra features rather than the basic subscription. A card statement can mix the plan with later credit buys, so keep them apart when watching spending. The credit model is what drives cost above the $19.99 entry.
Who runs it
The terms name 3DXChat Inc as the operating company, so that is the entity a reader looks at for terms, refunds and the privacy notice. Help is offered through email, help centre and community, which combines direct email with a help centre and a community space. Email is the only direct route to the company, so questions about billing, auto-renewal or XGold go there. No licence or regulator is listed, and the only account requirement given is being an adult of legal age.
